This weeks topic at Illustration Friday is "SIGNS".
I thought to bring back the robot as he continues the quest to this new planet (our planet). Well he is in for some surprises..he just found a sign of civilisation...a kind of script propably. He just wonders what does it means..

This was my first idea when I saw the word "Neibhor" at IF.
The forest spirit from Miyazaki's movie "My Neighbor Totoro".

Totoro was my inspiration for this week's topic "Neibhor" at www.IllustrationFriday.com.

Totoro is a forest spirit, created by Hayao MIYAZAKI one of the greatest animators and directors in Japan.

Totoro was starring in the animated movie "My Neighbor Totoro" by Hayao MIYAZAKI (1988).
